At The Jade Jewelers, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you may return your unworn jewelry within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging with the security seal intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original display box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
